Replaced the 12 volt battery and now has codes and wont move

I would double check that the replacement battery is sitting at about 12.4 volts. Please check this guide to help.

Can you confirm this is the Tesla Roaster? These alerts don’t automatically mean the main drive battery has failed.
VCFRONT_a180: Electrical system power reduced.
VCFRONT_a192: Electrical system unable to support all features.
BMS_a123: Unable to charge; service required.
Did you notice any performance issues before the battery replacement? Avoid touching orange high-voltage cables or repeatedly disconnecting components to clear the warnings. If the connections and replacement battery check out, it needs Tesla-capable diagnostics to determine why it cannot enable driving or charging.
