We just purchased the vehicle listed above a little over a week ago from Carvana. The other day the battery was dead and was making that clicking noise. We assumed one of the overhead lights had been left on. We jumped it and it ran fine for a few days. I didn't drive it yesterday and went to start it this morning and it is completely dead. It wasn't making the clicking noise and I couldn't unlock it with the battery powered key.

Chances are the battery is no good and needs replacement. Did you see any lights left on? The BCM usually turns all lights off after a short amount of time FYI. I would remove the battery and take it to an auto parts store for testing. Here is how the job is done. Here is a generic guide to help you step by step with instructions in the diagrams below to show you how on your car.

Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Thank you, Ken. We jumped it last night and it ran and started fine today. If it dies again, we will check the battery.
