DCS light will not stop blinking and cruise control will not work

When I took the car in for repair, the rear back up sensor was not working. This was fixed and the DCS light started flashing and the cruise control would not work. I have had this to 2 mechanics and a jaguar specialist and they are not able to determine the problem. Nothing shows up when they try to diagnose and it has been checked to see if something was disconnected. any suggestions as to what to check would be appreciated.

what codes ibeing given when the light is flashing?it can be a bunch of things like a clock spring, switches etc. check fuses under apillar fuse 35 and check ground under right wheel arch may e corroded.
