All the fuses are good. Also I checked everything has power and today all gauges in a dash keep dropping out and came back on in 20 seconds.

Hi,

If you have power and something isn't working, the next issue is usually a grounding problem. The fog lights are ground at two places, so I doubt they both failed. (See pic 1).

If you look at pic 2, it shows two body grounds right from the battery. Check them to make sure there is no damage, corrosion, or other thing that could cause a weak ground.

Let me know what you find.

Joe

The description sounds like a failing smart junction box (aka smart fuse box) located under the dash on the drivers side next to the steering column. It controls most of the lighting and electronics in the car. It is not a plug and play part as it needs to be programmed and set up to match your vehicles options. Testing it to see if it has errors requires a dealer level scan tool to see if it has any issues, then you can test the power and ground connections to be sure those are all good.
Removal is easy, Use the scan tool to extract the current programming and configuration files from the module, then disconnect the battery negative cable, drop the cover under the steering column, remove the three nuts that hold the module, disconnect the electrical connections. Reverse the process to install the replacement. Program it to the correct configuration with the scan tool and install any updates that are available.
The first image is the SJB, the next three are the power and ground connections for it. There are two other connectors but they do not have power and ground pins, only control and output signals. Testing for powers and grounds is easy using a cheap test light and reading what the pins do, some have power with the key on, some in start and some are full time power.

Can you please give the diagram for the full setup for the wire switch fuse to the relay? The ground seems to be okay.

They are all connected through the smart junction box. The switches simply send a signal to the box and it does the rest. In the case of the DRL's, those are an option that can be turned on in the SJB using a dealer code. No other hardware needed, the fog lights are the same thing except they install the lights and the front harness for them. Then they program the box so it knows you have fog lights and as you select high and low beam it sends a signal to the battery junction box that turns the fog relay off and on to match.
