When I turn on my headlights the dashboard does not come on. When I turn off the headlights the dashboard comes on.

Hi,
That is an interesting one. My first thought is the headlamp switch is bad. I believe this vehicle has the multifunction switch (signals, high beam).
I attached diagnostics below. We need to check for resistance at the connector. Take a look through the diagnostics and let me know if you are comfortable performing them.
