dashboard gauges stopped working

my dashboard gauges I.e. tachometer, speedometer, fuel gauge and temperature gauge just stopped working after they had been fine. the temperature gauge is now clicking and the needle moves up and down rapidly in time with the clicking.

don't worry I have resolved the problem by resetting the dash now it works fine every time.

Good job in finding a cure to the problem. With all of the computers in cars there are times a reset is needed. I would watch it carefully though. something made it act up in the first place. I would suspect a loose connection or possibly a corroded connection. Especially if the original problem started after a trip on a rough road or hitting potholes.
