Dashboard A/C not blowing air?

So, the A/C on the feet area and the A/C in the back seats works great, but air won't come out of the dashboard A/C. There are vents by the windows and the A/C comes out of there too. But the four dashboard vents don't have any air coming out of them.

This happens when the mode actuator goes out.
