Replace headlight and wrench accidentally touch battery post and fuse box bolt at the same time which cause a spark. Afterward car was started and dash warning lights came on and stayed on. The heater blower would not come on. power steering hard to turn.

Hello,

Did you check the fuses in the fuse box? It could be that the fuses that control the electrical on these two circuits blew. I have included a couple of links down below for you to go to.

I have also included in the diagrams down below all the fuse panel diagrams for your vehicle for reference. Please check the fuses out and get back to us with what you find out.

Thanks,
Alex
