I know ya'll are getting tired of this question but, I've got the car listed above coupe, blend door control works in every positing except dash vents when switched to A/C or vent. Floor works as does defrost. Using diagrams, I found on here I've traced down all vacuum lines and repaired the ones loose or broken. Still having the issue with no air coming out of dash vents when I switch the selector to A/C or vents?

It sounds like you have a blend door pivot that has come loose internally. Let's try turning the system on and working the blend doors by hand to see if you can get the air to blow out from the vents. Here are the locations so you can check it out. Please check out this guide:

Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.

Sorry, but with work and "other" projects to finish I haven't had the chance to get back to this. I hope to get into again this coming weekend.

I know there is still a vacuum leak, I'm just having a hard time finding it. I think it's time to get a smoker machine and see where the leak actually is for sure.

It might be a control valve issue, or you have a broken vacuum line under the hood. please go over this guide to see what I am talking about:

Please go over this guide and get back to us.

I'm 98stangcoupev6, I put a vacuum smoker on it in a few different places, no leaks found in engine area or under the dash. At this point I'm thinking it could be the selector switch itself.

Front end parts on their way in right now. Heater works great, so the A/C and selector will have to wait until springtime. Updates around that time. Decided to fight one battle at a time. :)

Still working on this, but it'll have to wait until warmer weather, no shop. Will update then.
