Dash Pad Removal?

Anyone have a tutorial on how to remove the dash pad on a 2023 Lincoln Navigator with HUD? I have a majority of the dash apart and trying to find out if I need to take the entire dash out to get the pad out.

I'm trying to replace the top dash pad. Passenger airbag went off. Thanks
