Dash or mid vents aren't blowing air but defrost, floor and rear are blowing just fine. All of the vents are open. Tried all different modes with the controls and nothing.

Good afternoon,

The mode door actuator is what controls airflow out the vents.

This is a common failure. I attached the procedure and location. You can access it through the glove box.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

I replaced the passenger side mode door actuator. The problem still exists. It will work on defrost and floor, but mid panel does not have an air flow. Continues to blow through defrost and floor.

Any suggestions please?

Thank you

That is odd that if you replaced the mode actuator that it is still doing the same thing.

So, I just want to make sure we replaced the mode actuator and not the blend door as they are right next to each other on the passenger side of the vehicle.

See below for the exact location of this and just confirm this is what you replaced because this mode door is the only thing that is controlling the direction of air flow. If this is then I am thinking we have a door issue inside the unit.

Thanks
