Dash lights not working?

nothing on dash works, instrument panel, lights, or radio. replaced battery and fuses

To clarify, do you mean things are not lighting up or that things like the radio doesn't operate or the gauges are not working? Does it start and run without an issue? What on the dash does work? Can you turn on the interior lights? Need to narrow down what might be the failure point. Did they all fail at the same time or has it been a while?
