My dash lights suddenly dimmed. Still about 10% brightness. Also my brake lights stopped working about 1 week ago. I checked the fuses and they are good. Changed the brake light switch under the console bur no help. The cab brake light work.

Hi. If I can jump in here. More than likely you have only one of the bulbs working and the dim light that you have is the bleed over from that one. There is a chance that you have a wiring issue but if you look at the wiring diagram these bulbs share a feed and ground with other systems. So if they are all working then it is unlikely to have a short.

If it were me, I would pull the cluster and check the bulbs because the warning indicators are all illuminated separately from these gauges.
