many of the dash lights are burning out?

My truck listed above is 20 years old. Over time, many of the dash lights are burning out. They are the tiny bulbs in all of the switches, whatever those are. I'm guessing diodes These lights are on the steering wheel controls, 4WD selectors, radio, and now temperature controls. I don't know how to even remove the little control switches to see what's wrong or how they work. Any information would be very helpful, thank you!

Hi,

I can help with the instrument cluster bulbs, but the small switches are likely LED bulbs. See the highlighted note in the directions below.
