Dash lights

car sat for four days waiting for control arm after repair go and start it and dash was inoperable. removed power for twenty minutes then gauges all do a constant cycle of 1/4 movement exterior lights operate as designed but not dash.

I also have battery disconnected and on charger for the night to rule out power issue.
After reconnecting battery cluster now does the same but instead of cycling to 20 to goes to 30 mph.

Thanks for the video. I would disconnect and reconnect the battery again and if it is still doing it just drive it and it should straighten out. Sorry this post got closed somehow and it slipped through the cracks. I hope you got it fixed by now.
