A few times a day all the dash lights will light up and go off. There is no loss of power and I do not get a code.

Good morning.
The first thing I would do is clean the battery cables. Low voltage will cause this issue.
Beyond that, I would check the connector behind the dash for being tight and clean.
If that does not take care of it, then I would consider having the cluster removed and sent out to see if there is an internal issue in the cluster.
