Dash indicator light come and go if I hit the panel

When I start engine the dash lights do not come on after I hit the panel sometimes the light will dimmer and then go off.

Good morning.

This sounds like it could be either a bad connection at the back of the cluster or an internal failure in the cluster.

I would try to remove and clean the connection to the cluster first. If that does not take care of it, then the issue is internal in the cluster.

I also just found out that whoever had the car before me had a 7.5 fuse. After research found a original panel fuse locator which said use a 15 amp. Tried it and so far working.

Thanks for this information will try if the other does not work.
