Dash cluster lights not working

I recently bought the vehicle listed above and replaced the dash cluster bulbs as the turn signal lights, odometer light, speedometer and tachometer lights were not working. It seems as if the issue was not the bulbs. The left half of the cluster panel is not lit up but the right side is. Any thoughts? Fuse? Relay?

More than likely this is a cluster circuit board issue as there is not a separate fuse for each half of the cluster.

Can you get a picture of what the cluster looks like just so I can be sure we are on the same page?

I am attaching the wiring diagrams that show the backlighting is controlled by the CPU in the cluster.

Below is the wiring diagram and the process to replace the cluster as I suspect that is what is going to be needed.
