I took out my level 1 cluster out of 2003 Acclaim and put in a level 2 cluster. I took it to a mechanic pit scan tool on to recalibrate fuel gauge and now speedometer is only moving up to approximately 2 klmph while I’m doing 70 klmph. Could he have accidentally calibrated speedometer as well as it was working fine before recalibration.

Yes, it sounds like the reprogramming did not get done correctly but to be sure you can reinstall the old cluster to see if it works. Please let us know what happens.

Yes, the old cluster is working fine, so you think he has reprogrammed it wrong.
