I Flushed and bled my brakes but still have slight spongy pedal and the dash warning light is always on when ignition is on. The pedal does not go all the way to the floor but stops okay when applied past the top third. Perhaps I need to re-bleed again to make sure there is no air in the system but not sure how to get the warning light to go out. New pads all around. How do you equalize pressure in both systems?
Thank you

Hi,
Is the brake fluid full in the reservoir? Also, take a look at the pic below and let me know if that is the sequence you used when bleeding them.
One other thought. When you did the work, did you ever allow the brake fluid reservoir to get empty?
Let me know.
Joe

Reservoir was never empty. It is full now.
The bleed sequense I used was 1- Pass
rear, 2-Driver Rear, 3-Pass Frt, 4-Driver Frt. ( RR, LR, RF, LF)

Hi,
Try doing the bleed in the sequence I attached and let me know if that helps. They listed it in the manual like that, so chances are they have a reason. The way you did it is normally how it's done. LOL
