Dashboard lights up without inserting key?

Hi, my name is Ephrem. Yesterday my taillight was out. The problem was the fuse. I changed the fuse, but I have another problem, the ABS and handbrakes light stay on! I did find the problem was that the ECU-IG Fuse was blown but, when I inserted new fuse dashboard lights up even without inserting ignition key!! How can I fix this?

It sounds like you have an instrument cluster that is going out, but I would try a hard system reboot to see if it fixes it, here is a guide to help us:

If that doesn't work here is how to change the cluster out so you can get a rebuilt, used unit. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response to the problem so we can see what's going on.
