2001 Dodge Ram Dash and Taillights Problem

The dash lights won't come on and the blinkers and hazards won't work. I have check fuses relays and grounds, but I cannot find anything wrong.

I would check for power at the fuses in the wiring diagrams below which show the fuses used and how the lighting system work, it sounds like the headlight switch might be out or a have a shorted lighting socket.

I have done that already, there is power there.

I have also switch all of the switches out with ones that I know for sure work.
