It will idle rough and shake. It misfires and sometimes will not go when I give it gas. I put new spark plugs and coils in it.

You can check fuel pressure with a gauge as that will sometimes cause it as well as a vacuum leak. Autoparts rent gauge you can also check for a vacuum leak and plug wires for resistance 5000 ohms per foot. But your cheapest option so you don't spend anymore money on good parts like you have is to have a mechanic scan for codes and check sensors and injectors as this could be the problem.

I already checked that it is all good. I scanned for codes and it shows a misfire code.

I meant something other than a misfire code. But your cheapest option is to have a mechanic see what the problem is so he can read the sensors and bypass some if needed.
