Daihatsu Sirion Airbag Warnng Light Permanently on

scan for codes to see what is wrong with system

I don't have equipment to scan, I'm just owner not garage. Apparently only 2 Daihatsu dealers in Scotlan and nearest 150 miles from me. I just need light off long enough to get through MOT to give me time to get it sorted later

Unfortunately we don't have that car here in u.s. so there isn't much else you could do. You might try pulling the fuse underhood to see if it will go out I fyou have a an under hood fuse box. But not being familiar with MOT inspections not sure If they wold catch the light not going on at start up during inspection.
