1992 Daihatsu Charade Start Key Lock -ACC-ON

1992 Daihatsu Charade

Hi my Daihatsu Start Key is faulty very difficult to turn the key to ON.

Can I leave the key to ACC and just let it be (safety of car is another issue I need to tackle) but would my battery die off if I leave the key at ACC when not in use?

Your advice is much appreciated, thank you.

yes your battery will drain if key left on ?
