1995 Other Daewoo Models 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Daewoo 1.5i auto 1995 model - 1498cc - Sold in other countries as the Opel Kadet and/or Vauxhall Astra.
Could anyone assist with info on tappet adjustment - clearances - hot or cold - or are the tappets hydraulic (I hope not) - had the car a week so no time yet to "tinker". Sorry, not able to donate as am a pensioner

Hi there,

These engines have hydraulic lash adjusters and there is no adjustment.
