2002 Daewoo Nubira car will not start/oil in cylinders

i drove my car and parked it. the next day it would try to crank but would not start. it was found to have oil in three cylinders and no compression in these cylinders . is the head cracked ?

head could be cracked .. could be numerous other reasons .. you need to have the engine stripped down to discover the fault
