2001 Daewoo Nubira Daewoo won't stop

Electrical problem
2001 Daewoo Nubira 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

Car starts and runs fine but when I turn the key off and take the key out of the ignition, the car stills runs. Have to stall it to stop and then take the battery lead off. Doesn't do it all the time.
