2000 Daewoo Nubira timing belt

I just change the water pump (driven by timing belt)
and the car doesn't start. Looks like a fire problem. Everything is well alling, the belt turn by hands and the compression is good on all 4 cylinders.

Ensure that crankshaft and camshaft marks are aligned.
Also make sure belt is tight and tensioner is aligned with notch on rear timing belt cover.
