2001 Daewoo Leganza what is the fuel pressure specs suppose

my car was running shitty and kept stalling out and it was real rough sounding so I changed the fuel pump and filter which had alot of rust in the tank and a lott in the filter as well Anyways it still will not stay started so I was wondering if u knew what the fuel pressure specs is supposed to be or any other suggestions of what else it could be I will donate as soon as I get my car home it is being towed here now cause it still won't run and my credit card is in the glove box please help me I promise I will donate as soon as it gets here

30 - 45 psi is what should be at the rail when you turn the key to on (engine off). Also inspect the spark at the plugs. Make sure all plugs are receiving a bright blue spark.

Let me know the results of fuel pressure test and spark and I will follow up.
