Engine Performance problem
2001 Daewoo Lanos 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My question is my 2001 dawoo lanos has trouble starting I have to turn the ignition about 4 times before it starts, then when I start it when I press the gas pedel it wants to go but it doesnt unless I press the pedel to the floor what can cause the two problems?????
