2000 Daewoo Lanos My window won't go up

The window on the left back side of the car will not go up. All the other windows are working. What can I do? How can I take the panel off? What do I need to look for?

POWER WINDOW REGULATOR Removal & Installation Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove door glass. Remove nuts and regulator. See Fig. 14 . Disconnect electrical connector. NOTE:Dissimilar metals in direct contact with each other may corrode rapidly. Make sure to use correct fasteners to prevent premature corrosion. To install, connect electrical connector. Install window regulator with nuts. Tighten window regulator nuts to 7 N.m (62 INCH lbs.). To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Connect negative battery cable
