Electrical problem

Once the car is switched off and stationary the hazard lights(?) keep flashing on and off.Then stops for a little while then starts up again. Stopped for about 3 weeks the started up again worse than ever.In the morning the car was completely dead!
Had new alternator fitted, drove back from the garage and the windscreen wipers and the stereo are both not working. Also, the lights are still flashing.Help..I dont know what to do!
The engine is 1.2.
