I have a 1996 daewoo cielo and im also have an issue with the car not starting just cranking over sometimes but most times it starts I would like to no also what could be wrong with why sometimes it cranks over but does not want to start at times and also does anyone no where the ecm or ecu computer thing is in the daewoo cielo please.

Hey,

It sounds like you may have a compression problem, I would start by removing the spark plugs to check to see if they are fouled. Then I would double check the timing belt to make sure you got the timing belt on right.

The ECM should be under the dash on the left side.
