1991 Daewoo Cielo Air condition not working

I have tried to rectify it by changing the compressor and gas. I have even did a service on it. But I just cannot get it working.. There is no leakage also..

HI there,

Check for power at the compressor clutch.do this first with the fan on as well, report back your findings.
