DAB stopped working wondering if needs software update. But Fiat says it shouldn't. all other stations work FM AM.

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.
The radio can be reprogrammed, but I question if that is going to fix the problem. Honestly, if something has failed in the system, there should be diagnostic trouble codes stored in the computer indicating it. A quality scanner would be required to check for such codes. Also, a quality scanner is needed to reprogram.
Here are the directions:
PROGRAM THE RADIO
1. Connect the scan tool.
2. Check vehicle for DTCs.
3. Clear all stored DTCs.
4. Turn car OFF then ON and confirm DTCs are gone.
5. Go to BCM >> Misc. Functions >> Proxi Alignment.
If required, continue to programming the next module.
