D light Flashing. Error Code Honda 70-03

Error Code 70-03 - A/T system malfunction. A shift solenoid valve "a" stuck off 3. Shift Solenoid

What is this telling me and how do I fix it. I tried to find the solenoid A but could not locate it on my trans (v-6). Is it serious or just a malfunctioned solenoid?

Yes you need this solenoid to work. I found the locations for you in the diagram below. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
