Does primary a and primary b ignition coil on cylinder 1 or would it be where I'm getting the misfire code on cylinder 4?

It is common for the spark plugs and ignition coils to go out and cause misfire issues. Here is a video to show you how to change out both the spark plug and ignition coils correctly, I would do all of them if the truck has not had a tune up.

The recommended spark plug type for a 2008 Ford F-150 with a 5.4L engine is:

Motorcraft SP-515 (OEM recommended)
Gap: 0.052-0.056 inches (1.32-1.42 mm)

Clear the trouble codes when completed. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
