Check engine blinking light, cylinder #3 misfire?

Hello,

I get a check engine blinking light (cylinder #3 misfire) when accelerating hard. Vehicle starts and runs fine. It only seems to happen when accelerating hard. What would be the process for diagnosing this issue? Thank you!

This is common when the spark plugs or ignition coil is going out, I would replace them both.
