Truck has codes PO132 for the O2 sensor high voltage, PO300 multi-cylinder misfire, and PO301 Cylinder 1 misfire. I think cylinder 3 is misfiring as well but it didn't spit a code for that. Game plan is to replace the O2 sensor and change ignition coils as well as spark plugs. Is this the right coarse of action and should I check the fuel injectors as well?

That is not a bad idea but what I would suggest is moving the items from cylinder 1 to the front cylinder on the opposite bank. Basically you are looking to narrow down the issue so you know what it was that fixed it. Swapping it to another cylinder is the easiest thing to do in order to find this.

Let me know if you have questions and we can go from there. I have included a guide that will help with misfires.

Last thing I will state is the P0300 is just saying that you have misfires on other cylinders that is not consistent enough to set a hard fault. So number 3 could be missing or it could be others. Again, I would focus on number 1 and go from there. As for the o2 sensor, you can swap that to the other side as well if you don't want to just replace it.

Thanks

Just a follow up question about the o2 sensor. The code says it's a high voltage problem for bank 1 sensor 1. Where would that be at on the truck?
