With misfire codes in two adjacent cylinders there are a few questions. First which engine and transmission does it have. Second is it stock? Then has it been overheated? Did this happen slowly or was it all at once, like you parked it and the next time you started it you had the misfires? Did it happen after you added fuel? I'm guessing you have a P0300, P0301 and P0302? The 300 is likely because you have the 1&2 codes. With it being two adjacent cylinders the first suspect would be if it was overheated, as that could cause a failed head gasket between two cylinders. You say you changed the plugs? What did the ones you removed look like? Very clean with possibly a light glazing? Or were they dirty with some soot? As you have changed the plugs, try this, swap the coils from 1 and 2 with the ones from 3 and 4. See if the codes move. If they do great, you have two bad coils. If they don't then we have more work to do. Namely a leak down test and an injector flow test.
