I am requesting diagrams or information related to removing the cylinder head and timing chain guide for the vehicle listed above.

My cylinder head warped and I'm looking to replace it this weekend.

Hi,

The first portion of the pictures (1-10) below are the directions for removing the cylinder head. The remaining pictures are the removal and installation of the camshaft chain.

When you get this back together, turn the engine by hand several revolutions to make sure it turns smoothly. If it stops turning by hand, don't force it. Recheck the timing to confirm it is correct.

Let me know if this helps,

Joe

I would like to know the orientation of the rocker shaft if possible, having a hard time lining up the rocker arm bolts to reassemble the valve train.

Also the torque specs and sequence on the cylinder head and valve train.

Hi,

As far as the head bolts torque specifications and sequence are concerned, I attached the directions below. I'm not sure what you are referring to with the camshafts. I attached an exploded view of the head. Let me know what you are looking for. (Last pic)

Let me know.
