Cylinder head interchange/swap?

I have a 2010 f150 5.4 blown motor I have a 2000 f150 5.4 can I swap heads from the 2010 to the 2000 motor?

I don't think so, here is info on it.

2000 F-150 (5.4L Triton 2V): The 5.4L engine in this year is a 2-valve (2V) per cylinder engine.

2010 F-150 (5.4L Triton 3V): By 2010, the 5.4L Triton was upgraded to a 3-valve (3V) per cylinder design, which features significant differences in cylinder head design, valvetrain components, and timing system.
