Cylinder head bolt torque specs please

I have seen recommendations to put silicone on the head bolts, some say to put some engine oil on them and some say nothing on them before torquing. What do you recommend?

Hello,

Workshop manual does not mention to put anything on the head bolts, but mentioned to replace then not to use the old screws.

check the pictures below procedure how to remove and reinstall cylinder head also found the proper tightening torque or cylinder head.
