Hi,
At what point were you heating it to remove the bolts? Also, when you have it hot, spray something like PB blaster on the bolt. It will be more likely to make its way into the threaded portion. Just remember to not go too crazy with the lubricant. It can burn. Do that a few times while trying to turn the bolt in both directions.
If it starts to move, loosen it about a half turn, turn it in the same amount, and then slowly keep working it back and forth that way until it gets loose enough to remove.
