So I went to AutoZone and checked with the computer and it loaded up cylinder 2, 3 and 4 misfire. I’ve been googling and I don't know if it’s the spark plugs or something else. What can I do?

This could be a number of things and here is a guide that walks through this issue:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/engine-misfires-or-runs-rough

Once we run through this, the way to find out if this is a rich or lean misfire is to monitor the o2 sensor information. If it is saying there is a high oxygen content then that means there is less fuel which would be a lean misfire. If there is a low oxygen content then that would mean there is more fuel taking the place the oxygen which would be a rich condition.

We need to know this to determine what the possible causes are rather than just replacing all the plugs, injectors, coils and seeing if that fixes it.

The other possible way to figure this out is to swap the parts one at a time with a cylinder that is not misfiring. So take number 2 spark plug and put it in number 1 and see if number 1 starts misfiring. Then do the same with the coil and then the injector. Clearly once the misfire moves to number 1 then that component was the issue and needs to be replaced. If it is a spark plug that does it, I would replace all them and then retest the other cylinders as they are most likely the same cause.

I attached the process below for the coils and plugs. Let me know what questions you have. Thanks
