Cylinder 2 misfire?

I have a misfire in cylinder 2, I've changed spark plugs, cylinder 2 coil and o2 sensor but didn't help at all. What's the next likely problem?

Hi,

It could be a few things. Did you confirm there is spark to the number two spark plug after replacing the components? If not, do that first.

Next, low compression or no fuel to the cylinder can cause this.

Do this. Disconnect the number 2 fuel injector and check the blue wire with a gray tracer for power. Do this with the key in the run position, and the engine off. See pic below.

See pic below. Note: Checking the injector power is only necessary if you have ignition spark at the cylinder 2 plug. If there is no spark, this isn't needed.
