CVVT timing?

I changed timing belt, and started it running, but the engine won't rev up, it does but no power. all timing marks are in line. Any suggestions?

It sounds like the engine is in limp mode, I would service the throttle bore and make sure the air intake system has no leaks. Also, we should run the codes as well, this guide can help:

We should double check the timing belt timing as well here are the marks in the images below. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

I've checked all timing marks 3 times now perfect. I started it and sprayed starting fluid all around the intake system. still won't rev up any it will idle scanned codes. none. Do you have any more suggestions?

I assume the engine ran okay before the job was done. Do you have all of the ground wires back on the engine? The upper cam gear alignment hole is at 12 o'clock, correct?
