When I start in the morning the transmission works fine until it heats up. At that time when I try to pull off from stop the transmission judders and or slips but when in motion I have full speed no problem. CVT transmission.

Yep, they had a problem with these transmissions, but you may be able to save it with a fluid change. You must use the CVT transmission fluid which I will list below. Also, is the check engine light on? If so, you may have an input shaft speed sensor that is going bad.

Fluid Types

Fluid Type .................... MITSUBISHI genuine ATF SP-III

Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.
