CV axle joints?

sometimes when I take off, I hear a pop near transmission I was told CV joints will do this no noise or clicking when turning if only every once in a while when acerating forward with no clicking does this mean need to get new joints soon or do I have some time before they go out. Thanks, Phil

Yes, CV axles can make a clicking or popping noise during initial take off. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response.

I would replace both CV axles, check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes.
